The design and construction of this 56-bed hospital began in 2011 on a piece of land of ۳۶,۵۱۶ square meters. In the design of hospitals, the mere specification of the existing medical expertise cannot be considered the design hub. In line with medical and construction standards regarding different parts of the hospitals, full attention to culture and the demographic characteristics of the users of the hospital, among other things, would be of special importance. In this project an attempt was made to design the details of the curative facility [the project] in public spheres and hospital modelling according to the climate, climate conditions, social relationships as well as ethnic, racial, religious, income, and educational factors, to name e few. The selected criteria for the design and implementation of the project are based on the principles of international standard while complying with the criteria of the architectural spheres of Iran and the requirements of the client. In the design of the project, all the criteria, standards and regulations of construction such as the instructions and the order letter of the Management and Planning Organization of Iran, the hospital regulations stipulated bythe Ministry of Health and Medical Education, amongst the other standards and the observance of the national regulations of construction were all observed.
